My review is for Erica, the manager at the Norco Polly's. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast this morning and there was a slight issue. Nothing too major but it could have made our experience a bit disappointing. I spoke to Erica and she handled it with expertise and professionalism. Additionally she had a beautiful, genuine smile on her face the entire we spoke. It was easy to see why Erica was the manger and we will look forward to saying hello to her next time we come in.

After driving by Polly's every day for 6 months, I finally gave it a shot... and I was definitely impressed! Inside, the place is huge... much bigger than I expected For food we ordered banana macadamia nut pancakes, and a skillet... my egg and bacon came on a huge plate that made the meal seem a little underwhelming but the pancakes were amazing! Also, we got a blueberry muffin before that that was also very fresh and delicious... skillet was a pretty good size and filling Service was decent, no complaints there... I'd say the value was pretty fair for the price and I would definitely come back to try something else

This is a review for the service, ambiance and quality of the chocolate cream pies at this location. Service is stellar, and we've been very well served here. Staff are knowledgeable and kind. The pie? incredible, and while I have had better in Orange County, this is the best pie in the Inland Empire!

If you are looking for a simple breakfast and don't feel like cooking at home- this is the place to be. The food feels homey. I had French toast combo which included sausage, eggs and an option of tea or coffee. I opted for tea which I had the jasmine green tea. It had a hint of floral but overall refreshing. I would come back here again if I am looking just a quick simple breakfast. Plenty of parking and the servers are tentative.
